The engagement lasts for a minimum of 6 months and includes two coaching sessions per month, each one hour in length.

Post-engagement
Prior to the engagement there is a chemistry call between the potential coach and coachee to establish compatibility.
We begin each engagement with an assessment to identify areas of focus. After that we have a short alignment meeting with the coach, coachee, and manager.
Each coaching conversation uses active inquiry to identify and plan actions aligned with the development plan, and to reflect on the outcomes of previously planned action.
We conclude the journey with a debrief meeting between the coach, coachee, and manager, that reviews actions taken and outcomes, and establishes next steps.
